Description

Program that incorporated in Indonesia Rhino Foundation (YABI) or The Rhino Foundation of Indonesia had the vision realization the life of the population of the Sumatran Rhinoceros and Javan rhinoceros are preserved in a secure habitat on an ongoing basis. ProgramYABI has and continue programs implemented earlier, namely in Rhino protection program three (3) national parks in Sumatra and Java, namely the Protection and Breeding Program with the approach of semi eksitu Sumatran Rhinoceros in Way Kambas National Park, Protection Program in the Bukit Barisan National Park, Lampung, and Ujung Kulon National Park in Banten Province. Programs are developed based on the need to improve the organization in order to become the leading of nonprofit organization that focuses on the management of the conservation of rhinos in Indonesia.

YABI feel it is important to examinean re over the governance of the organization including legal entity informing organizations running with the second period 2014-2019. IRF felt important to take judgements by photographing with a related assessment of governance, effectiveness, and the partnership that has been running for a little over 10 years from a mutually agreed work programme IRF.

The assessment is also expected to provide recommendations for constructive changes in the future, so that the governance and effectiveness will be optimized YABI effective, efficient and accountable in achieving the vision and mission of the organization.
