Description

In this program, Penabulu assisted Yayasan Pemantau Independen Kehutanan Indonesia (YPIKI, en. Indonesian Independent Forest Monitoring Foundation) in preparing Grant Making Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), Accounting SOP and Financial SOP.

The activities in this program are as follows:

1. Developin Grant Making SOP, Accounting SOP and Financial SOP.
2. Ensuring the existence of documents supporting SOP.
3. Creating narrative and financial reports for SOP preparation activities.
4. Consulting and presenting the results of SOP preparation.
