Description
Penabulu Foundation as a local and locality-based organization, has received prospective affiliate status of the Oxfam International Confederation in November 2023, thus Penabulu Foundation is connected to a wider network both at regional and global levels. As part of efforts to strengthen organizational capacity, Penabulu Foundation received support to implement organizational strengthening commitments from the Solidarity Fund, managed by the International Oxfam Confederation.
By strengthening organizational capacity, Penabulu Foundation hopes to be able to carry out its role as a Civil Society Resource Organization, by mobilizing, managing and distributing resources. anything to support the work of civil society in Indonesia. Penabulu Foundation realizes that currently organizations are required to transform, and are prepared to color global dynamics with an Indonesian local perspective, one of which is through connections with the International Oxfam Confederation.
This commitment to strengthening the internal capacity of the Penabulu Foundation covers various important aspects such as Governance and Law, Program Strategy and Business Plans, Finance and Revenue, Business Services and Human Resources, and Public Involvement. The implementation of this commitment will be monitored regularly, at least once every six months, by Penabulu Foundation Management Board with coordination from Oxfam in Indonesia and Oxfam International, to ensure that all necessary commitments and actions can be implemented effectively.
