Description
Penabulu Foundation is developing an inclusive, sustainable, and community-driven public fundraising model to strengthen the organization’s long-term financial sustainability. This initiative aims to better understand the Indonesian fundraising landscape and identify ways to engage the public as active and long-term supporters of social development and humanitarian causes.
Through this market research, Penabulu will explore fundraising opportunities and challenges, assess donor motivations and behaviors, evaluate effective communication approaches, and identify the market potential for public fundraising initiatives. The findings will provide a strong evidence base for the development of a comprehensive Public Fundraising Roadmap that supports the organization’s future growth and sustainability.
The program adopts an evidence-based approach, drawing on insights from previous studies and engaging both internal and external stakeholders throughout the process. In addition to generating strategic recommendations, the research will help refine fundraising messages, strengthen public engagement strategies, and enhance the organization’s capacity to develop diversified and unrestricted funding sources.
Through this initiative, Penabulu seeks to build stronger connections with the public and foster broader community participation in advancing inclusive and sustainable development in Indonesia.
