Description
This program supports ICCO’s new strategy to transform support in the form of grant to become investment, along with changes in ICCO program management pattern in the future, especially after 2015.
This program is implemented through a series of workshop for ICCO Partners, to introduce a new approach and perspective regarding business incubation, social business and how to encourage the market to work for the poor and marginalized. The activity will be followed up with an in-depth assessment of key commodities of the partners, as well as analysis and development of each partner’s business plans.
