Description

This program aims to provide logistical and technical facilitation support for a series of trainings and meetings under the Community Pulse Initiative in Indonesia. Activities involve CLOs such as POP-TB, OPSI, and Perdhaki Papua, focusing on strengthening organizational capacity through trainings in finance, advocacy, safety, gender, asset management, and proposal development.

Penabulu Foundation is responsible for arranging all logistical aspects, including venue hire, catering, participant transport, event materials, and onboarding local consultants. Penabulu will also manage contractual relationships with consultants, coordinate implementation logistics, and validate consultant deliverables based on quality assurance by Community Pulse’s lead consultants.

The program fosters meaningful community participation by integrating local voices into a collaborative process with national and regional facilitators. Activities take place in cities like Jakarta and Jayapura, and combine in-person and virtual formats to ensure broad accessibility and efficiency.

Through this approach, CLOs are expected to strengthen internal governance, enhance institutional resilience, and improve their capacity to access and manage grants independently in the future. The program is implemented with a strong emphasis on inclusiveness, accountability, and outcome orientation.
