Through this program, the Packard Foundation collaborates with the Penabulu Foundation to continue the functions of an effective organizational center that will manage and facilitate services and support from service providers according to the needs of Packard&#8217;s CSO partners.<\/p>\n<p>The program aims to enhance the capacity, effectiveness, and sustainability of Packard&#8217;s CSO partners in Indonesia in achieving their respective organizational visions and missions amid the increasingly constrained civil space they currently face. This will be achieved through the development of a responsive and adaptive capacity enhancement platform that connects with relevant initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>The program will provide capacity-building services by imparting knowledge and skills covering various fundamental aspects of organizational management, including project management cycles, strategic planning, non-profit financial management, human resource management, community organizing, participatory action research, public policy advocacy, and more. Thematic capacity improvements will also be provided to strengthen the knowledge and skills of CSO partners further. These may include aspects such as public campaigns, strategic communication, data management and security, resource mobilization, leadership, and more. This program will continue to pay special attention to the theme of well-being, allocating resources for webinars, online training, and counseling sessions because, even though the COVID-19 pandemic has passed, the work pressure on CSOs remains high and can affect the mental and emotional health of CSO partner staff.<\/p>\n<h3>Funding<\/h3>\n<p>This program is supported by The David and Packard Foundation, period from October 12, 2023 \u2013 April 30, 2025, with a total funding support of USD 250.000 (with add.
