finance ecosystem in Indonesia that ensures equitable access for vulnerable groups\u2014particularly women, persons with disabilities, and remote communities. Despite the growth of climate finance initiatives in Indonesia, the integration of GEDSI principles into funding criteria and governance remains inconsistent.<\/p>\n<p>The program conducts policy and operational analysis to identify structural barriers limiting vulnerable groups from fully accessing climate finance. This is complemented by benchmarking against national and global best practices to produce actionable, evidence-based recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure practical relevance, the program facilitates consultations and co-creation processes with key stakeholders such as disabled persons\u2019 organizations, women\u2019s groups, civil society, donor partners, and climate advocacy networks. This engagement strengthens ownership and alignment in mainstreaming GEDSI considerations throughout the program cycle.<\/p>\n<p>The insights will inform the development of inclusive financing procedures and a GEDSI-based proposal assessment toolkit. These tools will enable funders and partners to design, assess, and manage climate finance initiatives in a more inclusive manner, addressing exclusion risks and supporting meaningful participation of vulnerable groups.<\/p>\n<p>A small-scale pilot will be implemented to test the applicability and effectiveness of these inclusion tools in real settings.
