The expected results in accordance with these objectives is the establishment of systems and patterns of management of the foundation of accountable and comply with the rules and regulations applicable; as well as the establishment of a healthy business unit management, independent and able to ensure the development of volume\/ scale sustainable business.<\/p>\n<p>The method used in this program are a combination of methods of training and mentoring. Method of assistance was done as a complementary training method, as a guarantee for the implementation of efforts to increase the capacity of the organization after the acquisition of the understanding gained from the related training.<\/p>\n<h3>Funding<\/h3>\n<p>This program is supported by ExxonMobil Cepu Ltd.
