The entire work of The SMERU Research Institute leads to the main objective of encouraging the formulation of pro-poor policies at the national and regional levels through evidence-based research.<\/p>\n<p>As the organization grows, SMERU wants to continue to improve its institutional governance. One of them is by perfecting the reference document or Standard Operating Procedure that has been held to remain relevant to the current condition of the institution.<\/p>\n<p>Penabulu here served as a consultant for approximately five months.
