Emergency Recovery&#8221;<\/strong>, was designed as an additional activity and continued from the results of post-disaster analysis of market-based emergency response studies carried out in the &#8220;Penabulu &#8211; SHO Sulawesi &#8211; Phase I&#8221; period 1 October 2018 &#8211; 30 October 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Program <strong>\u201cPenabulu \u2013 KIA EA Emergency Recovery\u201d<\/strong> is held for the period of July 1, 2019 &#8211; July 31, 2020, This program as a rehabilitation and conversation phase in Central Sulawesi which aims to improve communities\u2019 disaster preparedness in Central Sulawesi has two intervention strategies that will be implemented in parallel at the same time, namely:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Contribution to tsunami risk mitigation on coastal Palu bay. through sustainable plantation of mangroves as a tsunami green-bell that benefited as livelihood of women fishery groups North Palu and Tawaeli.<\/li>\n<li>Contribution to economy livelihood recovery and market-integrated emergency preparedness, through local marketplace establishment as logistics hub in term of emergency response period, that can benefit Bolapapu village, sub-district of Kulawi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Funding<\/h3>\n<p>This program is supported by Kerk in Actie with total funding support of EUR
