The Organization Effectiveness project is a form of TEA&#8217;s commitment in this regard. Penabulu Foundation as a consultant in this project helps in the process of preparation, work and development of work results.<\/p>\n<p>This Organizational Effectiveness project has the main objectives to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Provide a clear and general understanding of the current status of TEA organizations, including what TEA can improve and development plans for the next 3 years.<\/li>\n<li>Learn, adopt, and instill best practices in organizational development and business planning skills and tools, including fund development planning, to strengthen internal capacity to grow sustainably and intelligently.<\/li>\n<li>Study the strategic planning process, tools and techniques that are most suitable for TEA, adopt and use it to map the progress of TEA and to formulate a clear achievement plan.<\/li>\n<li>Determine how much funding is needed by the TEA so that a resource mobilization plan can be drawn up needed by the TEA within the next 3 years.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the preparation of the Norway\u2019s International Climate and Forest Initiative (NICFI) proposal and ensure that the resulting proposal outputs are of a high standard.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The activities that will be carried out to achieve these main objectives are; (1) Organizational Rapid Assessment; (2) Development of Organizational Business Plans; (3) Development of Operational Standards and Procedures (SOP) Required by Organizations; (4) Assistance and Training; (5) Monitoring and Evaluation.<\/p>\n<h3>Funding<\/h3>\n<p>This program is supported by Packard Foundation through Traction Energy Asia (TEA) based document Agreement No. 003\/SP\/SEK-TEA\/IV\/2020 &amp; No. 004\/SP\/SEK-TEA\/IV\/2020 on March 31, 2020 with total funding support of IDR 257,000,000. &#8211;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":9993,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[82],"tags":[96],"class_list":["post-8791","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-program-lalu-en","tag-csro-en"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/penabulufoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/8791","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/penabulufoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/penabulufoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/penabulufoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/4"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/penabulufoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=8791"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/penabulufoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/8791\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/penabulufoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/9993"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/penabulufoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=8791"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/penabulufoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=8791"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/penabulufoundation.org\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=8791"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
