itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\" itemprop=\"blogPost\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Description<\/h3>\n<p>The West Kalimantan government is currently encouraging various efforts in the context of accelerating the welfare of its people, both in terms of social, economic and ecological aspects. One of the efforts is to accelerate village development through various approaches. The village is the micro autonomous government unit in Indonesia, which has original rights in managing community interests in the village administration.<\/p>\n<p>According to Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Villages (customary villages or other names) are legal community units with territorial boundaries that are authorized to regulate and manage government affairs, local community interests based on community initiatives, original rights, and \/ or traditional rights recognized and respected in the government system of the Republic of Indonesia. Law No. 6 of 2014 also emphasizes the development of villages, where village development is an effort to improve the quality of life for the rural communities.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, the development of the village to be the Desa Mandiri, has became the program of the Governor of West Kalimantan for the period 2018-2023. In West Kalimantan Province, there are 2,031 villages. Of these, 87 of them are Mandiri villages, 188 developed villages, 767 developing villages, 781 underdeveloped villages and 208 villages are very underdeveloped.<\/p>\n<p>The challenge of the West Kalimantan government and the regency \/ city government in this province is how to accelerate the development of villages to be Desa Mandiri. The West Kalimantan Government together with Regency \/ City Governments in this region continues to strive to encourage the acceleration of village development with various approaches.<\/p>\n<p>However, the efforts to accelerate village development are not something that is easy to execute. Challenges are faced by village governments and village communities at the field level.<\/p>\n<p>In line with the analysis above, West Kalimantan Province has also established a Green Growth Plan Document with detailed analysis in three districts, including Ketapang District, North Kayong District and Kubu Raya District.<\/p>\n<p>This research attempts to analyze and map the challenges faced by villages in the process of accelerating village development. The results of the analysis of this study will be used to formulate the draft policy of the Government of West Kalimantan (Perda or Pergub) on accelerating village development and CSR strategies to support accelerated village development in the province.<\/p>\n<p>Purpose of the study:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To analysis the changeless (problems, obstacles, solutions, ect.) related to rural development.
