Description
Jambore Masyarakat Gambut (JMG) is place for communities in peatland area to share their knowledge and experience in managing friendly and fair peatland as well as supporting local wisdom.
Jambore Masyarakat Gambut (JMG) specifically aims to share learning and knowledge on the economic empowerment of peat communities, strengthening peatland economic networks, and promoting innovative production and peatland economic institutions.
1. Plenary Event
The Plenary is a great gathering of all the participants in one place, carried out to start and end the event of each day. The Plenary also serves as a means of gathering participants to facilitate mass mobilization (on arrival and return‐from the event location).
2. Pojok Jambore
The interaction spaces of various aspects of peatland community restoration may include:
- Pojok Budaya
- Pojok Teknologi
- Pojok IT
- Pojok Bisnis
- Pojok Galeri
- Pojok Pemantau
Including Bazaar and Exhibitions, through Jamboree Corners, participants can interact with booth managers just to simply network, cooperate, or transact.
3. Tenda Berbagi
Tenda Berbagi is a place for discussion, sharing knowledge and wisdom, on various themes related to the peatland management.
- During the 3 days event, a total of 9 Themes Tenda Berbagi will be followed by all participants in turns, group by group;
- Each group consists of 100 participants (20 classes of Tenda Berbagi);
- Each session/Theme Tenda Berbagi lasts for 90 minutes, the continuity is guided by 2 to 3 facilitators who are also experts in their field;
