Description
This program is designed to increase management capacity of administrative and financial capacity of ICCO and Kerk In Actie partners throughout Indonesia with activity details as follows: assessment of the status of financial management and development of capacity building plans with Partners, development of consultation assistance unit, training of financial reporting preparation of non-profit organizations, preparation of Financial SOP and Administration SOP of selected Partners, mentoring for accounting software applications for selected Partners, and workshop in sustainable financing for non-profit organizations.
