Description
In relation with the implementation of SVLK by Forestry Minister Regulation No. P.45 / Menhut-II / 2014 jo. Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry No. P.95 / Menhut-II / 2014 related Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu (SVLK), based on the results of socialization in several industrial centers in January, there are still many small businesses (SMEs and private forest owner) who have not has SVLK and many who do not have permit. The Government through the Ministry of Environment and Forests will facilitate the implementation of certification, including assistance in preparation for the first inspection, certification and SMEs in groups in order to obtain acceleration TLVS for SMEs.
Phase 3 Multi Stakeholder Forestry Programme (MFP 3) as a joint program of Ministry of Environment and Forestry with the British Government (UKCCU) will facilitate the expeditious implementation of TLVS to facilitate mentoring and certification activities in groups for IUIPHHK capacity up to 6000 m3 per year and IKM Furniture up to 500 million.
Related to the above, with the support from MFP3, Penabulu will undertake the following activities:
- Facilitate meeting between the Direktur Jenderal Bina Usaha Kehutanan with Governor which was attended by the Bupati/Walikota and offices related to the acceleration of the implementation of SLVK in Surabaya, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Bandung, Bali
- Training on the use of application systems for a company team
- Facilitation meetings of Steering Team at the provincial / district which will be held in 12 provinces has been accelerating the implementation SVKL
