Period

Description
The Penabulu Foundation, which has worked in Indonesia for 20 years, is dedicated to empowering Indonesian civil society through various programs and collaborations. Penabulu has experienced rapid growth since its formation. Initially, Penabulu was a financial management consulting agency for non-profit organizations. Currently, Penabulu has expanded its capacity building service area to other aspects of organizational management. In addition, since 2019, Penabulu has developed new functions for research, policy advocacy, grant management (intermediary) and being part of the disaster response network.
The current organizational situation is the result of continuous growth that is not entirely by design and is imperfect. At every stage of growth, Penabulu is always followed by the preparation of the right institutional framework, evaluation of organizational directions and systems. Therefore, the process of reviewing, reorganizing, redefining the direction of the organization and improving/aligning the main systems of the organization is very much needed by Penabulu to maintain the relevance of the position, role and ensure the effectiveness of Penabulu in the future.
