Description
In Year 4 (Y4), WE FOR JET focuses on consolidating programme achievements by strengthening stakeholder capacities, scaling up proven practices, expanding multi-stakeholder collaboration, and increasing policy influence to advance a gender-responsive, inclusive, and just energy transition in Indonesia.
The programme strengthens the leadership of women and vulnerable groups in decision-making processes, expands access to renewable energy and clean energy-based economic opportunities, enhances the capacity of civil society organisations, women’s rights organisations, and organisations of persons with disabilities to undertake policy advocacy, and promotes the integration of Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) principles into energy transition policies, planning, and implementation at provincial and national levels.
During this implementation year, WE FOR JET also strengthens partnerships with government institutions, the private sector, academia, media, and local communities to maximise programme impact and ensure the sustainability of its achievements.

This program is supported by Oxfam Australia through the DFAT–ANCP for the program period of 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, with a total funding contribution of AUD 985,189.27
