Description
These program’s purpose is to strengthen the management capacity KBRS Foundation (Kandang Belajar Sapi Rakyat) and it’s business units in order to achieve accountability, independence and continuity of the organization. The expected results in accordance with these objectives is the establishment of systems and patterns of management of the foundation of accountable and comply with the rules and regulations applicable; as well as the establishment of a healthy business unit management, independent and able to ensure the development of volume/ scale sustainable business.
The method used in this program are a combination of methods of training and mentoring. Method of assistance was done as a complementary training method, as a guarantee for the implementation of efforts to increase the capacity of the organization after the acquisition of the understanding gained from the related training.
