Description
This program aims to improve the overall financial management capacity for NGOs in Indonesia that focus on HIV/AIDS, with a long term objective of improving access and quality of comprehensive service for communities vulnerable to and affected by HIV/AIDS in Indonesia.
The main activities include strengthening the capacity of organization leaders and financial administrators of NGOs through training and intensive mentoring, as well as facilitating the development of finance SOP, the development of instruments of financial transaction records, encouraging a consolidated financial records in accordance to PSAK 45 standards, encouraging the use of accounting, conducting internal audits and assisting external audits.
At several partners in Central Java strengthening community mobilization is also conducted for increasing community empowerment and autonomy, providing education and access services on HIV/AIDS.
