Description
The activities aim to draw up a roadmap development organization that will be a reference for PLJ in developing the organization, define goals/objectives of the organization and strategies for achieving these goals in the future in accordance with the characteristics of PLJ. The resulting roadmap is expected to have flexibility and are able to provide some alternative way/path for PLJ in achieving the stages in organizational development road map in accordance with the needs and capabilities of PLJ.
